A: Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. Lubes, massage oils, condoms, body paints and body jewelry are also not returnable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If an eligible item is returned, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@kinkycupid.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A: Items are sold however our manufacturers send them to us. If there is no original box, the item is shipped in a clear poly bag only. For unpackaged toys, you may see this;

A: Kinky Cupid stands behind the products that we sell by handling any warranty issues on behalf of the manufacturer, up to one year from date of purchase. Standard return policy applies as stated above. Consumers should still register their products online with the manufacturer in case extended warranties are in place.
